Irish Peach Sour Ingredients:
- 1.7 oz. Irish whiskey
- 0.7 oz. Lime juice
- 0.8 oz. Peach syrup
- 0.5 oz. Peach liquor
- 1 dash of bitters
Irish Peach Sour Preparation:
- Using a jigger, measure each ingredient evenly then put it in the shaker. Dry shake.
- Add ice and mix it again.
- When everything is properly mixed, transfer the mixture to a chilled rocks glass with ice.
- Garnish with fresh lemon if desired.
